Wound Care & Hyperbaric services provide a multi-disciplinary team of experts certified in the management of wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The center is adjacent to the vascular laboratory which provides a full range of non-invasive vascular testing.

Vascular and Endovascular Surgery is a complete center for the the management of all peripheral vascular diseases. We offer the entire spectrum of vascular management, including medical therapy, minimally invasive surgery, and percutaneous therapy for all arterial and venous conditions.
Urology services offer multiple areas of specialized care, kidney transplantation, and currently features the most advanced Robotic-Assisted Surgery available in the area.

The Stroke Team handles prevention, diagnosis and treatment of stroke and transient ischemic attacks. Transient Ischemic Attacks act as a warning stroke or mini-stroke that produces stroke-like symptoms.
The University of Toledo Medical Center Division of Sports Medicine and Family Medicine, is made up of a team of sports medicine fellowship-trained physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, family physicians, athletic trainers and physical and occupational therapists.
The Spine Clinic provides diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for patients with simple or complex painful spinal disorders.
Common conditions include: acute pain syndrome, back pain/discogenic back pain, pain unresponsive to previous back surgery, chronic pain, herniated disc - back/neck, musculoskeletal pain, neck pain, shoulder/arm - undiagnosed, and spinal stensosis.
Rheumatology services provide diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation for adults and children with acute and chronic rheumatic diseases.
Common conditions include: rheumatoid arthritis, chronic arthritis, systemic lupus, scleroderma, polymyositis, vasculitis, and autoimmune diseases and systemic disease with articular manifestations.
The Coghlin Rehabilitation Center provides an overall range of rehabilitation services. Programs include an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit and comprehensive outpatient therapy services.
Common rehabilitation services include patients who are recovering from amputation, stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, vestibular disorders (dizziness), musculoskeletal dysfunction, headaches, neck and back pain, orthopaedic conditions, and osteoporosis.
Radiology services provide full imaging services, including the worlds fastest and most powerful MRI machine, offering images of the body with more detail and clarity. We also use the most advanced multi-slice computed tomography (CT) for detection and treatment of heart disease. This allows us to view detailed images of the heart faster, avoiding invasive procedures.
Services include: angiography, cardiovascular, computerized tomography, CT angiography, fluoroscopy, gastrointestinal, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography, nuclear medicine/PET ultrasound, and ultrasound guided procedures.
Radiation Oncology services include methods used for treating certain cancerous, as well as some noncancerous, conditions. This treatment uses high-energy rays and electron beams to interrupt the growth of cells.
Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine offer complete consultative services and specialized care for patients with known or suspected lung disorders, pulmonary vascular disease, and sleep disorders.
Common conditions include: Asthma, COPD, lung disease, lung mass evaluations/cancer, sleep disorders, sleep apnea or nocturnal asthma, and pulmonary embolism or pulmonary hypertension.
Psychiatry services provide inpatient services to children, adolescents and adults, offering multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment of acute emotional and behavioral problems.
Outpatient services include assessment, individual, marital and family therapy, and pharmacological management.
Plastic Surgery services offer reconstructive surgeries, cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical facial treatments, and hand surgery procedures.

The outpatient pharmacy prepares and dispenses medications for patients, students, employees, volunteers, and employees of The University of Toledo main campus.

The Department of Pathology provides reference laboratory support for Northwestern Ohio. The Pathology Department includes services regarding Blood Transfusion, Clinical Chemistry, Cytopathology, Neuropathology, Hematology & Clinical Microscopy, Immunology, Surgical Pathology, and Ultrastructural Pathology.
Pain Management services offer multidisciplinary care to patients of all ages who suffer from acute, chronic, and cancer related pain.

Obstetrics and Gynecology services offer clinical services to the female patient. All subspecialties, including genetics, gynecology, obstetrics, oncology, maternal fetal medicine, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
Common Obstetric Care Includes: preconception counseling, prenatal diagnosis, amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling, fetal ultrasound, high risk pregnancy consultation, and invasive fetal procedures.
Common Gynecologic Care Includes: menopause, osteoporosis, contraception, treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, urinary stress incontinence, complex gynecologic problems, breast care, and infertility.
Obesity is a condition that occurs when you have too much body fat. Obesity can occur over time when you eat more calories than your body uses. Each person has a different balance between calories that are used, and calories that are stored. Common factors may include genetics, age, gender, over eating, eating high-fat foods and not being physically active. A person is considered obese when his/her weight is 20% or more above normal weight. The body mass index or BMI measures obesity based on height and weight. A person is considered overweight when his/her BMI is between 25 and 29.9. A person is considered obese if his or her BMI is over 30. Morbid obesity is defined as more than 100 pounds over normal weight, a BMI greater than 40.
Obesity can cause an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and some cancers. Losing 5 to 10 percent of your weight can help delay or prevent some of these diseases.

The Heart and Vascular Center is the community’s first and only integrated center for patient care, education and translational research in cardiac and vascular diseases. The Heart and Vascular Center offers the only specialists in the area who perform atrial fibrillation ablation, and new a-fib patients are guaranteed an appointment within 24 hours.
Common conditions include: arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, atherosclerosis regression, cardiac rehabilitation, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, syncope and autonomic dysfunction (fainting), valvular disease, and vascular disease.
General Internal Medicine specializes in comprehensive primary care, as well as consultations for difficult diagnostic problems.
Gastroenterology and Endoscopy services provide a full range of consult and procedural services that include endoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, and specialized care, procedures, and tests.

Emergency medicine and trauma services are responsible for the immediate treatment of any medical or surgical emergency, initiate life saving procedures in all types of emergency situations, and for providing emergency care.
