Hello and welcome to the University of Toledo Medical Center Volunteer Services Site. UTMC is proud of the many active volunteers who enhance the hospital experience for our customers. Our customers include: patients with their family members and loved ones, our fellow staff members, along with anyone else who enters UTMC.
As we work diligently to achieve service excellence and high patient-satisfaction through patient-centered care, volunteers help us make that happen.
