General Surgery
Welcome to the Division of General Surgery at the University of Toledo Medical Center. We provide comprehensive surgical services covering a wide range of clinical conditions focused around minimally invasive surgery, surgical oncology, and trauma & acute surgical care. In addition, we provide specialty programs in bariatric surgery and breast surgery.
Common procedures include: inflammation and stones of the gallbladder, colonoscopy, mastectomy, hernia repair, appendicitis, tumors of the intestines/colon, hemorrhoids, abdominal trauma , injuries, and many others.
