Through June 29th, 2024, UTMC is offering a hiring bonus to recruit staff nurses to the hospital. New hires are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced Registered Nurses (more than 12 months work experience / or more than 2 years LPN experience) and $7,500 for newly hired entry-level Registered Nurses.(less than 12 months work experience)*

Also through June 29th, 2024, we are offering up to an additional $20.00 per hour for incentive pay.

* Staff Nurses must be Part Time or Full Time to receive this sign-on.
