The University of Toledo Medical Center has operated the only renal transplant program in northwest Ohio since 1972. With more than 3,000 transplants performed, the program continues to advance its performance by continually looking at its selection criteria of candidates and kidneys to match best practice across the nation. Our multidisciplinary team offers professional, compassionate care that is individualized to each recipient.
