The University of Toledo - Employee Wellness

The University of Toledo employee wellness program is designed to provide employees the necessary tools to help them along their journey to a healthier lifestyle.  Each quarter, there will be a specific health focus area.  With each health focus area, we will provide tools, educational awareness, and educational programs to help further each employee with their wellness and health goals.  There are many things to learn and much fun to have so, join us in becoming a healthier community!

If you are looking for some quick tips on getting started on a successful fitness program, join Rocket Wellness for the Fitness 101 Lunch and Learn!  In just 30 minutes, you will learn the most important tips for a successful fitness program and also learn more about the Fall into Fitness challenge.  Click here for times and locations.

Fall into Fitness is a fun 8 week challenge to help you begin to incorporate regular physical activity into your lifestyle.  You will be given weekly challenges to complete on your own.  At the end of 8 weeks, you will submit your completed challenge calendar for a chance to win prizes. Fall into Fitness begins Monday September 29, 2014.  Registration is not necessary.  Just review the rules, complete each weekly challenge and submit your completed challenge calendar to Rocket Wellness by November 26, 2014.  The challenge is free to UT employees, faculty and staff, so encourage your colleagues to participate with you!
