Valet Services and Patient Transportation

Valet Services

Valet parking at UTMC is provided at no charge. Valet services are available from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Valet services are available at the Main Hospital Entrance, Emergency Department Entrance, and at the George Isaac Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.

Valet services are available at the Orthopaedic Center from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.

We provide a complete Concierge Service, including greeting visitors/customers/patients, assisting them out of their vehicles into the building with a strong arm or wheelchair, giving direction, and parking cars.

Patient Transportation

Wheelchair services are available by contacting transport services at 419.383.5007. You will also find transport services available at the main hospital entrance and at the George Isaac Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.
