- When interpreter joins the line, brief them on purpose of call and that you are using 1 or 2 phones. (If 1 phone is used, you will need to pass the handset back and forth. This needs to be communicated also).
- Proceed with interpreted conversation and state "END OF CALL" when finished.
- Charges for this service are by the minute. Please be efficient yet complete in the communication process.

TO PERFORM A CONFERENCE CALL:
1. When call comes in press FLASH to place person on hold.
2. Dial next EXT # or 9 + outside # to contact Language Line Services
3. Press CONF or FLASH * 4 to connect all parties.
4. If call is refused, busy or doesn't answer, press CONNECT to reconnect with 1st party.
