The UTMC Customer Care Call Center is committed to coordinating all language interpretation service requests.
Requests for service should be scheduled at the same time the patient appointment is made. Services cannot be guaranteed for unscheduled requests; our best efforts to provide service within one hour, based upon availability of the interpreters, shall be made.
Please contact x3606 for requests Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm. After hours language interpretation emergency and immediate requests can be made by contacting our operator by dialing "0".
UTMC is exclusively using the MARTTI touch screen video conferencing unit for all language interpretation needs.MARTTI stands for My Accessible Real-Time Trusted Interpreter.
