The University of Toledo's Customer Care Center is a service center for our patients and their families offering the following services:
- Concern Management (record dissatisfaction/complaints)
- Physician and Service Referrals
- Recognition of Employees
- Patient Transport Arrangements (wheelchairs)
- Hearing Impaired Assistance ("pocket talkers")
- Vision Impaired Assistance (large numbered phones)
- Language Interpretation Services (The Language Line, outside interpreter services)
- Absentee Voter Balloting (inpatient)
- Local Lodging, Restaurant and Transportation Information
- UT Directions and Maps
