Study Title: A Multicenter, Double-blind, Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Parallel-group Study to Assess the Effect of Rotigotine on Motor Symptoms in Patients With Advanced Parkinson's Disease With Motor Fluctuations and Gastroparesis
Study Purpose: The primary purpose is to demonstrate superiority of Rotigotine over Placebo on motor symptoms when used in subjects with Gastroparesis. Hypothesis: Rotigotine will improve gastric emptying times.

Study Title: A 24-Week, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-Controlled, Add-on, Parallel-Group Study to Assess the Effect of Rasagiline on Cognition in Patients With Parkinson's Disease
Study Purpose: This is a 24-week, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, add-on, parallel-group study to evaluate the effect of rasagiline on cognitive function in adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Parkinson's disease (PD-MCI).
