Transplant Coordinator

Jennifer Holloway, RN, BSN is a Pre and Post Transplant coordinator.

Jen works with patients assisting them to get their pre-transplant work-up completed. She sees them in clinic during their initial evaluation and also presents patient information to the Transplant committee for approval. In addition she assists with the discharge teaching of all newly transplanted patients. She sees them in the hospital, arranmedications and prepares them for discharge.

Jen has worked with transplant patients since 2000 when she started here at UTMC on the Renal Transplant Floor.
