The Division of Infectious Diseases offers expertise in the areas of AIDS, complications of antimicrobial therapy, endocarditis, fevers of unknown origin, fungal infections, immunologic diseases, infections of the central nervous system, parasitic diseases, pneumonias, recurrent infections, rheumatic fever, sexually-transmitted diseases, skin and bone infections, surgical infections, tuberculosis and viral infections. In addition, the Division has special immunization programs for Hepatitis B and for rabies. We Participate in the Maternal-Child HIV Clinic at UTMC.
