Medication Formulary
The Medication Formulary is a list of prescription
medications readily available in The University of Toledo
Medical Center Pharmacy. This formulary provides pharmacists,
physicians, and other healthcare professionals the ability to
search a list of pharmaceuticals available at the University
of Toledo Medical Center to assure the medications are in
the formulary and/or covered under the employee benefit plan.
Updated information about drug shortages, alerts and recalls are included in this medication formulary.
